Company Incorporation

It normally takes between 2-5 working days, but is subject to approval from SSM.

You can decide how many shares you want to have, however you need a minimum of one share. If you are not sure on how many shares you want and the price per share we recommend one ringgit per share. Get in contact with our team to know more

Yes, however you need a minimum of one director who resides in Malaysia. If you intend to employ foreigners in the company you should be aware of the requirements for minimum paid up capital.

SSM has requirements for the naming of companies. You may refer to our guide on choosing a company name here

It is a part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. 

We accept the following payment methods:
– Card payment
– Bank Transfer
– Cheque

We suggest you incorporate a Sdn Bhd and close the operations of your Sole Proprietorship. Please refer to this guide for more details

Other Useful Information

Our office is in Bukit Jalil (full address on our contact page) however you are not required to come to our office as we handle work fully online. If you need to sign documents we will send them to your address or you are welcome to come to our office to sign them.
