World Business Outlook Awards

September 2022 Quadrant Biz Solutions (Quadrant) has recently been recognised with two key awards as part of the World Business Outlook Awards for 2022. Quadrant, which offers end-to-end company secretarial and related business services, has been named in two of the award categories: Best One-Stop Shop for Secretary Services in Malaysia 2022 and Most Affordable Company Secretary Services Provider in Malaysia 2022.

The awards are granted on an annual basis to companies that are leaders in their respective fields from various industry sectors in countries across the world. In this year’s rankings of Malaysian companies, Quadrant appears alongside top organisations such as Air Asia Berhad, Duopharma Biotech Berhad and Principal Asset Management Berhad.

Thong Mei Chuen, Director of Quadrant, says, “We are delighted that we have been recognised in these key categories for this year’s World Business Outlook Awards. It is a welcome validation of our mission to be a one-stop business partner for our clients.”

Aside from knowing the best way to go about starting a new company, there is the complex web of rules and regulations to navigate thereafter, adds Mei Chuen.  “With our digital company secretarial service, business owners can say goodbye to the slow and tedious paper-based company set-up and administration of the past. We streamline and simplify the entire process, and our digital company secretarial platform helps significantly with this thanks to its automation features.”

The team at Quadrant is headed by Agnes Lim, an Associate of the Malaysian Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (MAISCA) since 1995. With more than 25 years’ experience in corporate secretarial practice, Agnes heads a team that comprises a balanced blend of qualified and professional Chartered Secretaries from differing backgrounds. This ensures that the very best quality of service and advice is provided, always backed by in-depth knowledge of the prevailing compliance and regulatory matters.

Quadrant’s wide-ranging client portfolio includes entrepreneurial start-ups, SMEs and large-scale companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

“Our understanding of the latest statutory and regulatory requirements means that our clients’ business is in safe hands, whether for routine matters such as corporate governance and ongoing company administration, or for special undertakings such as setting up partnerships or listing on the stock exchange,” adds Agnes.

Quadrant’s portfolio extends beyond company secretarial and corporate governance via its partnership network to include a range of business-related services. These include banking & financial services, finance operations management, payroll, accounting & taxation services, digital HR, recruitment, virtual meeting services, point of sale retail systems, and web hosting & development.
